ok, so Carlos “the jackal” manager, is some kind of gang member extorting from the tenants and staff. or was it the other way around?..who knows? But he did evict for some purdy nasty stuff, unlike *some* managers I’ve seen. It almost seems like ol Carlos there was maybe doing too good of a job. Maybe Carlos thought this stuff wasn’t normal behavior, and didn’t get the mental correction memo that this IS normal behavior around THC
