Carlos Hernandez, former manager of the Mission Hotel recently fired by Tenderloin Housing Clinic is accused of harassment, threats, extortion, stalking, and assault on employees and tenants. This former manager of THC’s supportive housing is reputed to be a Norteno gang member. This was alleged in a Temporary Restraining Order filed last Thursday, August 23, 2007
I think Carlos was a manager at the Mission hotel for over 3 years! This case was filed very recently and there may be more coming soon
