This is the ONLY person I have ever seen in the entire 7 years Tenderloin Housing Clinic has been here with a broom. Out of more than 300 residents here on welfare, he is the only one, and he’s a severe alcoholic, so bad you can smell it in the hallway. But you know what? At least he’s honest, and likely the ONLY honest person on welfare here
Nobody else sweeps the street..every single other person claims exemptions of some kind, and nearly all of them in better physical shape than this guy. I suspect a large scale scam
