there’s a written policy here in San Francisco to keep as many homeless people housed at ALL costs. That is, to keep them off the streets and out of ‘their’ face, and inside and in ‘our’ face…so what do people have to do to actually get evicted from here?…ONLY a violent attack on the Tenderloin Housing Clinic staff or non payment of rent results in eviction here…Everything else is fair game..
