ever have neighbors like this?..Ever wonder where the flocks of pigeons come from?. This lady’s been ticketed, raided by the health department, written warnings by neighbors and management, all to no avail and it’s getting worse. Feedings take place twice a day at between 3 and 4pm and between 5 and 6am. The end of this video shows how sneaky she’s gotten about it. No sound in the video. All the neighbors are freaking out
She has another window on the Stevenson alley side where it’s even worse, and if you happen to be walking on the sidewalk, look out for pigeon droppings, bits of food falling on your head (it’s happened to me). Use an umbrella!
So this crazy pigeon lady knows people are watching, so she now tosses food out the window in the middle of the night. Pretty hardcore, huh?
One of the results of all this feeding is that it’s now attracting peregrine falcons who are having a field day, to say the least. This video has sound, and you can hear the seagulls freaking out
update Friday Mar20, 2008. The first part of this video shows the Stevenson street side near 6th and the surreal scene right out of Hitchcocks The Birds. The pigeons are now roosting on neighboring buildings waiting for feeding time and it’s affecting nearby property owners now. The second part of the video is on the interior of the building and shows how arrogant she has become, making threats and taunting saying there’s nothing anybody can do to stop her
