update on the Temporary Restraining Order Tenderloin Housing Clinic v Carlos Hernandez
I have been asked to repost all the names filed on behalf of employees of THC, because some people may not know they are on it. The names are:
names added to the latest filing on behalf of
Javier Puntes, Wendy Thompson, Melissa Blizzard, Winifred Stadlman, Geri Feldman, Cathy Clagett, David Silva, Jaime Quijano, James Holland, Carlton Powers, Amal Mongia, Aadrian K’hn, Jada Ward, Janice Jones, Victor M Custudio, Luisa Cabrera, Eduardo Barreiro, Sheila Toran
originally 19 names, now 18 names, all filed in open court, and is publicly available at www.sftc.org (this latest dismissal might be only one case number or name)
If you are one of these names and don’t want to be on this filing, you should go protest to your boss at THC, or go to court and file your own protest. I can’t do anything about it myself.
Also, if you’re the top management at THC, and you want to protest your name being on this filing, well then, there’s only one boss you can go to then, huh?…Randy Shaw
Either that or protest to the State Bar, or the Attorney General of California
see previous posts about the California state bar association.(email)..they are interested in this case!
