all of these people have been on welfare for years. They are NOT looking for a job, they never have and they never will, in fact. You’re supposed to look for a job on welfare and you’re supposed to sweep the street twice a week All of them claim a medical waiver so they don’t even sweep the street. There’s only one thing these people do, collect the welfare check and party, and it’s been going on for years with approval from Tenderloin Housing Clinic and Randy Shaw
