hot off the presses, just as other non profits are currently sending out their annual reports and budget to the public.
Unlike many non profits, like Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corp for example, who put their reports and budget right on the website, Randy Shaw has always refused to do this
So we’re going to do it for him.

compare with the THC 2007 tax form 990 and the new Sunshined SF City contract with THC
2007 revenue was 22 million, 2008 it is 23 million, and Randy Shaw now pays himself 124,000 a year salary, up from last year (recession? what recession? Budget cuts? where? where?)
Tenderloin Housing Clinic is the largest city funded non profit in San Francisco (note, although it says 2007 in the upper right corner, that refers to the beginning of the tax year, and this covers July 1, 2007 – June 30, 2008 and is considered the 2008 return. Or rather, it is the most recent one, because Tenderloin Housing Clinic has never voluntarily supplied the 990 to the public. Instead, this is supplied by the IRS itself (Internal Revenue Service), not THC, so it takes nearly a year after the fiscal period to become public)
