If a person does a carjacking, wouldn’t you rather they get services than be thrown in jail?
Why didn’t I think of that. San Francisco had the wrong ballot initiative with decriminalizing prostitution. No wonder it didn’t pass. It should have been decriminalizing carjacking! It is a mental health issue, after all. right? right
actually, I think Paul Hogarth himself is in dire need of these, uh, ‘services’….
