I rarely quote Matt Drudge but this is beyond ridiculous

[late insert —-dumbass – drudge]
Yes, Drudge, it’s come to this, the lowly tire gauge. It is a simple device to measure air pressure in a tire. It is one of those basic inventions that make a huge difference on humanity, kind of like the concept of a basic electronic transistor. You know, like the transistor that enables you to operate Drudge.com
you probably wouldn’t know how big of a difference a deflated tire can mean because you drive a car, which means you push your foot down on the gas accelerator to compensate for such a deflated tire, and therefore don’t really know how it feels, or how much it burns
But for people who ride a bike, we can tell you with some very accurate results just how much extra energy it takes to get from point A to point B on a half inflated tire as opposed to a full inflated one
It most certainly is something that is measurable in a scientific study and has been done many times before
In fact, don’t even ask me about it, ask the long haul truckers you reported about recently, Drudge. Remember them? Those that went on strike about the oil prices?..Ask them about tire pressure..They’ll tell ya
You know, the same truckers that bring your food to your local supermarket every day?
yeah, those people
