One of the people profiled (long frizzy hair, glasses) is Antoinetta Stadlman, the Queen of 6th Street, and who now works as a desk clerk, for Tenderloin Housing Clinic. The article goes on to describe the 6th Street earthquake recovery zone/redevelopment agency in the 1990’s. We can look back on that now and see it largely failed, which is partly why Bauer did this video 10 years later
