the one in the blue cap used to live here, but got evicted for non payment of rent, and not for crack..He used to sell crack inside the hotel, now he sells it outside the hotel. The one standing under the awning in white shoes also a former resident, same thing, and both have been arrested many times already. All of them I have personally seen smoking either crack or dope in front of the hotel
