7 years of written complaints…probably 10 pounds of paper, about unruly and wacked neighbors, filed with THC management internally. Temporary fixes and written apologies, only to see the exact same thing happen a month later.
I followed Tenderloin Housing Clinics own rules and procedures for 7 years. I guess that didn’t work, obviously, but suddenly it seems quiet now that SFist made a story about this
yeah, it must be a coincidence…sheesh
If anybody has any suggestions of how I could have done this differently, I’d like to hear it. If you were caught in similar situation through no fault of your own, how would you try to make it better, other than to move out or an outright lawsuit.
I don’t really mind if SFist doesn’t agree with everything I put on here, I just want peace and quiet, and if it works, that’s fine with me, but I’m not holding my breath
I hope I can close this section, and just bury it, but I will not live like what is described below in the THC section, nor will I be intimidated. It just ain’t right. It just involves basic human rights, something most sane people want
letter back to mattymatt >>>
all in all, I do have to say “thanks Mattymatt and SFist”…so far…It does appear you have helped me in solving a nearly insolvable problem
Mostly I wanted to let people know this situation could conceivably happen anywhere in SF. It’s not restricted to SRO’s per se
thanks again, Sfist
I really wish I didn’t have to go to this extreme to get something done
