As for Berkeley, I would rather deal with crackheads than those stuck up students and faculty. They can be inhumanly cruel to waitresses and service people. It makes me sick.
P.S. The most dangerous part of the city is the government. I owe $1,000 in parking tickets. Those are the real thieves. I once got two parking tickets 7 minutes apart. They have silly taxes in California. MY STATE TAXES TRIPLED upon moving!!!
