Bolinas has apparently moved beyond taking down the signs in order to keep outsiders away

“The sheriff’s department is investigating the possibility that a homeless man was beaten and stabbed by a mob in Bolinas simply because they didn’t want him around town.
Three of four suspects charged with the attempted murder of Ricky Green appeared in Marin Superior Court on Monday, while authorities continued to search for a fourth who is a fugitive.”
