This is a Care not Cash building now, under the direction of Tenderloin Housing Clinic. People smoke dope at the front entrance just about every day. This doesn’t happen at the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development building on the corner, but it happens here. Why?
there is no other way to get out of the building so everybody here is forced to breathe this, whether they like it or not. Thanks again, Randy Shaw
