This manager who I only know his first name is Javier, has also been completely uncooperative regarding my complaints, and I have made over 400 of them and received only three written responses saying they are ‘monitoring the situation"
this is shocking for me because this agency is almost entirely funded with public money, yet is more secretive and un co-operative than Karl Roves White House
