well, yeah, I have, and I’m nearly positive it’s the same guy. He frequents the hotels at 6th and Minna in San Francisco, or rather, he either lives in one of them, or knows people who do. he’s a regular on that corner. The only thing is, he’s not ripping off bikes at 6th and Minna because there aren’t any to rip off right there, but he’s there a lot. I haven’t yet seen him with bolt cutters, but if I do he’s going down. He’s being watched now more closely by some of the locals in the area. We’re pretty sure it’s the same guy
