update, two people have been arrested
This occurred at 11:10pm last night, July 13, 2012, very close to 6th and Jessie, and very close to the first murder of 2012 at 6th and Stevenson
According to the Chronicle, this happened at 74 6th Street, which is the Baldwin House, and where the 6th street police substation is suppose to be opening, but keeps getting delayed
this video footage shows the 8 minutes surrounding this new shooting, including the police/ambulance response time at around 3 minutes after
The shooting is loud and clear, 3 shots at the 2 minute, 30 second mark in the video
It doesn’t look like anybody’s running down the alley, so it’s unlikley this video will have any worthwile evidence. Dotties has an outside camera, but it’s pointed down Stevenson away from 6th. The pizza place at 6th and Stevenson has camera pointed at 6th street, but no idea if those are working
