this is a photo from the stage at the Haight Street Fair of Vince Welnick, courtesy of Mike Lawson, the guitar player, also pictured. Mike’s unsure of the exact date, but Vince only did a few HSF shows around 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, so this could have been the same year
