1019 Market was recently sold, and nobody knows yet what will become of the building, but here’s a historical evaluation of the building circa 1976

Of note is that the photos were taken during the Mid Market beautification and rejuvenation — in 1976. You can see Market street fenced off as they beautify the sidewalks.
