I am a former employee who communicates with some tenants in numerous buildings, knowing full well Tenderloin Housing Clinic has an unusually pronounced and unusually open racist position by many management level and higher positions, because it's made clear by the CEO it's his own beliefs. If you tap dance for certain ones of them or so silly then you are okay, in fact, might even seemingly well liked and respected, part of their routine cheap shots, what they believe certain people are, definitely something deeply clinical and hallucinatory by more than a few of them, absolutely something is deeply wrong in this organization. The other subtle yet not so subtle after all or outwardly racists brought into the organization, whether tenant representatives, volunteers or employees are the ones who get along with some of them best, it's an unspoken though still noticeable code witnessed for years, often after managers or higher have been replaced. Obviously it's coming from the top down, like children acting out for their parents, sometimes telling off on them to others but knowing they can get away with it. The considerably subtle and covert yet ill, disrespectful, child acting adult and cheap shot Jeff is one of the CEO,s kids so to speak, maybe it's even more than that, maybe closer, perhaps something beyond what is readily known. Doing serious dirty work behind disliked clients, tenant representatives and co-workers backs instead of being decent, forthright and fair, against certain people for no reasons at all, in a real bitch like punkish manner without behaving like a man when absolutely nothing has happened. Does it in an undercover, clandestine, smile in your face, saying the right things in front of you patronizing way as if you're as immature as him and some of the others and don't see what is blatantly going on. More protests needed, protest at all of Tenderloin Housing Clinics office buildings, especially the ones never exposed yet, on a regular basis, current clients and surrounding community potential clients need to know the truth, the truth about tax funded services such as Tenderloin Housing Clinic. We want protest at the new sites, ongoing, lots of people around the new sites, especially places near Market Street. Every department and agency they have any relations with or funding from needs to know, either emailed, postal mailed or protests at their sites to make it known, for them to not forget, so phone calls will not work, real action taken. State Governor, City Mayor, City Supervisors, City Attorney, Human Rights Commission, Public Health Department, Building Code Department, Department Of Human Services, Police Department, Alcohol And Tobacco Departments, Signs posted at every building they deal with, calling for ongoing internal and external investigations at every business office and buildings served. So they will know it's very likely in a clandestine, clever yet substantial manner violations ongoing that could affect their own departments unless notices, meetings, actions taken to address the wrongs covertly and overtly practiced by certain Tenderloin Housing Clinic management level or higher employees. We want more protests, ongoing, and, we want them soon. Don't quit.
