Tenderloin Housing Clinic eviction filings

The complete, up to date history of evictions of Tenderloin Housing Clinic, a San Francisco housing activist group that publishes BeyondChron.org. Both BeyondChron.org and Tenderloin Housing Clinic are enitrely funded by the City and County of San Francisco

Mayor Gavin Newsom’s ‘Care not Cash’ program is a significant portion of Tenderloin Housing Clinic. This does not include filings in the last two months because of a state law requiring eviction filings under 60 days to be kept off the public record

you can view larger scans here and all filings can be verified here. The $200 filing fee for each case is also paid for with public money. It does not include the full time attorney, which is also paid for with public money
