                  Dear Network Solutions:

                  I am writing to initiate dispute proceedings as set out by Section 9 of Network Solutions' Domain
                  Name Dispute Policy.  Enclosed please find the following.

                         (1) An original, certified copy of my servicemark registration to the name Moby Grape;
                  and
                         (2) A copy of the cease and desist letter dated January 29, 1999 to Ben Burman.

                  Mr. Burman is listed as the domain name registrant for moby-grape.com in the Network Solutions'
                  WHOIS database.  As indicated, the cease and desist letter was sent to Mr. Burman via certified
                  mail with return receipt requested.  The copy of the signed return receipt is also attached.
                  
                  Subsequent to the letter, Mr. Burman and I conimunicated via E-mail but he has refused to
                  complete a transfer of the domain name to me as we discussed in our correspondence.

                  Please take notice that my Patent and Trademark Office Registration shows that my first use of
                  the name Moby Grape in commerce was September 9, 1966.  Therefore, I hereby request that
                  Network Solutions immediately remove mobygrape.com from the Internet.  Absent your prompt
                  cooperation, I will be forced to use every available means to defend my rights.
