      Mr. Katz,

It may interest you to know that as of February 25, 1999, SFSC Case No.

996381, Katz vs. Lewis, ceased to exist. There is now only Lewis vs. Katz,

SFSC Case No. 300175. Please make a note.

Also please note that should I, in my capacity as the administrative contact

for the Internet domain "mobygrape.com," receive notification from InterNIC,

of action against the bands property, I will immediately turn the matter over

to their attorneys, Miskel & Johnson, of San Francisco. I suspect this will be

rolled into #300175, at which time, Mr. Katz, InterNIC will suspend all

transfers pending the outcome of that legal action.

Matthew, you have made another egregious error. To whit: the Internet domain,

"MOBYGRAPE-DOM, is registered to MobyGrape, a California general partnership.

This was done in response to a request from Mr. Jerry A. Miller Jr., partner,

in May of 1995, to establish an Internet presence for the band, Moby Grape. I

am the listed Admin. Contact. I can NOT transfer the domain to you, it isn't

mine, it belongs to the band. Run "whois" on the InterNIC site, and note ALL

      the facts.

There is no further reason for you or I to personally communicate again. Any

further questions or issues you may have \As-;@-Nhs mobygrape.com are properly

addressed to Mr. Glendon Miskel of the law firm Miskel & Johnson, or to Mr.

Jerry A. Miller, Jr., Partner, MobyGrape a general partnership. Any further

communication I may receive from you will be forwarded to the law firm of

Miskel & Johnson for consideration. I will, however, continue to act in my

role as the administrative contact for the Internet website "mobygrape.com."

      Ben Burma
