      I'm sorry that youw chosen not to respond to my previous letters or emails.  I have now run into legal deadlines and must
      proceed as though you decided against our agreement.

      I must renew the demands of my letter dated January 29, 1999 wherein I requested that you immediately cease and desist
      from further willful use of the name Moby Grape.  Your actions haw forced me to include you as a defendant in SFSC Case
      No. 996381.  As of today's date.  I have also begun proceedings to remove mobygrape.com from the Internet.
