     Thank you for your last note.  I'm glad to hear that you haw ideas for improvements to the site.  I will put you in contact with
     Richard who is helping me design sfsound.com. Perhaps you and he could collaborate together on your ideas.  I am not sure
     what you mean by a portal.

     I have discovered that the only "legal" type thing that we have to do is sign an InterNIC transfer agreement whereby I become
     the registrant of record for mobygrape.com. I believe that this is the only change that we must make.  You can continue with
     the site as you are now.  I would only request that you confer with me on all updates to the site.

     Prior to our discussions, I was prepared to initiate dispute procedures with InterNIC and add you to Katz v. Lewis Case No.
     996381.  Since it now appears that we have come to an agreement, I of course will not do so.  Please confirm that the transfer
     is agreeable to you and I will send it to you Tomorrow.

     I look forward to creating the premier 60's spot on the net.
