Note: please note this was the draft study – never completed . However it does go into fairly good detail about what fiber has already been laid down and restrictions on use of some of it, and what could be used in the future, and also compares other cities, like Seattle, Amsterdam and Stockholm and their efforts to go fiber to the premise (FTTP)<\/p>\n
