Do people come here because that&#8217;s where the services are? Absolutely,&#8221; Shaw said. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s another prophecy. Put the services next door to Randy Shaws house in the Berkeley hills and I will guarantee that the citizens of San Francisco will be shocked, awed, and absolutely mesmerized with the speed and efficiency that these, uh, &#8216;problems&#8217; get fixed. For 22 million dollars a year. the price of Shaws contract with the city, SF could probably buy all of the houses surrounding Shaw. San Francisco will then be amazed at how things change.
