Neville Gittens said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese are crimes of opportunity through force and fear, which makes these operations dangerous for the officers posing as potential victims,\u201d Gittens said. \u201cSometimes they\u2019ll hit the officer, punch him or kick him.
