This is two of the many people Randy Shaw has taken ‘off the street’<\/p>\n

as you can see, even though they are housed and "off the street", they are in fact, still on the street, day in and day out, for much longer now, where they hold daily public and free classes on the delicate art of fine glass blowing<\/p>\n

As for the mental health issues, Randy Shaw’s has the dubious distinction of being the ONLY supportive housing in San Francisco NOT recommended by the California Department of Mental Health<\/a><\/p>\n

and yet, THC is the biggest one of them all. In fact, nearly all other non-profit supportive housing units in San Francisco are recipients of the famous Prop 63 (mental health bill)<\/a>, but not Tenderloin Housing Clinic<\/p>\n

San Franciscos own Housing and Homeless report 2005-2007 report (PDF)<\/a> makes no mention of Tenderloin Housing Clinic, yet Randy Shaw is the one always complaining about lack of funding<\/p>\n
