CARLOS ENRIQUEZ HERNANDEZ<br \/>\nCause of Action: CIVIL HARASSMENT<br \/>\nGenerated: Sep-21-2007 12:00 pm PST <\/p>\n<p>SEP-21-2007  \tCIVIL HARASSMENT CALENDAR OF SEP-21-2007 OFF CALENDAR-NO APPEARANCE.<\/p>\n<p>this means the case got tossed&#8230;No more TRO<\/p>\n<p>you can read whatever you want into it, but my take is, it was stupid, asinine, to begin with, THC never should have filed it in the first place, because the accusations in the TRO are more of a criminal matter, not a civil one.<br \/>\nThe real question isn&#8217;t weather a former manager was corrupt.
