The names are:<\/p>\n<p>names added to the latest filing on behalf of<br \/>\nJavier Puntes, Wendy Thompson, Melissa Blizzard, Winifred Stadlman, Geri Feldman, Cathy Clagett, David Silva, Jaime Quijano, James Holland, Carlton Powers, Amal Mongia, Aadrian K&#8217;hn, Jada Ward, Janice Jones, Victor M Custudio, Luisa Cabrera, Eduardo Barreiro, Sheila Toran<\/p>\n<p>originally 19 names, now 18 names, all filed in open court, and is publicly available at www.sftc.org  (this latest dismissal might be only one case number or name)<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are one of these names and don&#8217;t want to be on this filing, you should go protest to your boss at THC, or go to court and file your own protest.
