Not only has the management used the videos I have taken of tenants actually violating that same lease, but the police have also. They actually had to come to me for evidence they couldn&#8217;t find on their own security system. He wanted to know if we would be<br \/>\nrequiring a tenant who applies for a grant to install a security system, and he wondered if<br \/>\nmembers realize how expensive these systems could be. Mr. Melone stated that<br \/>\nsecurity and loitering is a vital concern at these locations. Security is the weakest link<br \/>\nand it should be the strongest.<br \/>\nA member of the public stated that the occurrence of gunshots has risen dramatically for<br \/>\nthose creating a living with a business on 6th Street.
