They mentioned a DPH tent set up.<\/p>\n<p>well, they&#8217;re already taking that down as of this morning<\/p>\n<p><!-- s9ymdb:78 --><img decoding=\"async\" width='592' height='444' style=\"border: 0px; padding-left: 5px; padding-right: 5px;\" src=\"\/blog\/uploads\/IMG_0246a.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>also took an informal survey of the park workers, and those are the people who really know. I myself knew people who lived in the park for 20 years and remember what it was like in the 80&#8217;s. The fact is, it was worse back in the 80&#8217;s compared to today. You can&#8217;t hear much in the video because of the traffic, but I&#8217;m asking park staff about this. There&#8217;s not thousands of needles, maybe a couple hundred in the whole park<\/p>\n<p>this is something that&#8217;s been going on for over 30 years now, and never really went away.
