(See attached )<\/p>\n<p>The final paragraph of the thoroughly researched and well reasoned communication reads, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153A private litigant, faced with these two valid defenses would do the math, pick up their marbles, and go home. One would hope that RPD, using taxpayer funds and resources, would do the same.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n<p>The new legal opinion gives the beleaguered recycling center until June 30th if no other solution can be found.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about this latest turn of events, Ed Dunn, HANC Recycling Center and Native Plant Nursery Executive Director said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153its really not too surprising that they messed up the paperwork considering that the current General Manager of RPD is Phil Ginsburg and he was Gavin\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Chief of Staff (and therefore in charge of the City) when MGN was in Hawaii and the Cosco Busan hit the Bay Bridge, that response was a fiasco too!
