This just reeks of impropriety, something that holds itself out like journalism, but is paid for with public money<\/p>\n

for example, this is the final proposed 2007\/2008 CDBG block grant (PDF)<\/a> which is part of HUD or Department of Housing and Urban Development<\/a>. In it, THC gets $87,000 for legal services, so basically HUD is paying THC for their in house attorneys. Would that be Paul Hogarths salary?<\/p>\n
