In this area, the city is partly and indirectly responsible for creating this problem in the first place so it makes sense that the city should clean it

Also next door to that, demolition on 570 Jessie has begun for a new 8 story, 49 unit residential building which will bring more than 100 new tenants to Mid Market overlooking this alley
