I'm not sure. I was parked across the street for a number of years, then sometime during the summer it was moved to the parking lot and planted. I suppose it belongs to somebody local, maybe somebody in the houseboats nearby

Is this supposed to be a piece of art? I can't decide if I could just look at it and all the detail for a long time or if I just want to put a giant tarp over it.
