They will likely be donated to a food bank shortly after having reached maturity, depending on how bad the upcoming freeze is..The oysters were planted 3 years ago and are still fruiting despite being dug up and replanted in new planter boxes six months ago...estimated to be about 4 pounds in this latest batch
