In response to the Bay Guardian article and the BeyondChron response and the subsequent response to the response, I would like to offer what nobody has so far, an audio interview with Jim Ayers who was quoted and possibly misquoted in the Bay Guardian, and who initially filed the small claims action against Club Six last year and won. Jim lives directly above Club Six. I live at the Seneca almost next door, but I'm facing the opposite way, so I can sometimes hear the deep bass late at night, but I can't see anything and can't tell if it's sometimes from passing boomer cars. But 6 months ago, i can say for sure there was alot more drunk people yelling and screaming in Jessie Alley (club 6), that one thing has gotten better
well, I will let him tell the rest. you can download or listen right here on the flash player, like a podcast

now here's a fight that happened nearby, Sunday morning at 2:50am May 20, 2007 at Mythic Pizza
ok, I know they're coming from the other way, but one person told me these people were at Club Six earlier (at one point you can see one of them waving toward Club six). Mythic Pizza is only a few doors down from Club Six, and is something we didn't see alot of before Club Six. These people don't live here, that's for sure. The owner of Mythic Pizza, Saad, wasn't quite sure himself, but he did say the customers from Anu club across the street are mostly alot better than the ones from Club Six..that is, cause less problems.
anyway, once again, it's the 6th Street family entertainment hour..enjoy

update, September 29, 2010, the above three videos have been removed by Youtube because somebody complained and doesn't want you to see them. To the asswipe who complained, this blog backs EVERYTHING up...here are the video's once again

and finally, here's 3 earlier videos of Club six I took last year, to help Jim Ayers document some stuff...Doesn't show too much, the microphone is not quite matched and is quieter than it should be. Either way, I offered to go up there and make a video of how loud it is, but only so much can be felt on a video. You can't feel the floorboards shaking on a video. Like he said, only one person has actually bothered to go upstairs and see it for themselves when it's at full swing at 2am
