this video is from a welfare hotel in San Francisco where the clients are calling back home to Texas and their friends telling them 'you ought to come out to california because you can do good out here and make 1000 a month on SSI, and that 'San Francisco will pay you to be a hoe'



This document is from the San Francisco Department of Public Health and describes in great detail how San Francisco, including mayor Gavin Newsom, advocates and assists people going from Care not Cash into permanent Social Security benefits. A large part of the reason is that it transfers the fiscal burden from San Francisco to the state of California and the federal government
